You have 10 days to decide if the Candle or Wax Melts is a right for you. If chosen to not be a good fit, we will replace the candle or wax melt. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost or delivery, but the product cost will be taken care of.
Luckey Prices will only refund money if the Candle or Wax Melts gotten damaged during shipping. We will return the cost of the items that were damaged. You will need to send photo evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will return amount you paid for that item with in 24-48 hours. If all items got damaged during shipping, we still request photo evidence, and we will provide a refund for those items. We will not refund shipping cost or delivery cost.
